We have made Refund Policy for customers’ ease. If we are unable to perform up to your service specifications and you’re displeased with the services, you can request for the refund.

Requesting a Refund

To request for your refund, contact us within 30 days from the date of the purchase of our service. Contacting 30 days after the purchase of our will disallow you to enjoy the refund.

For your refund, please provide us the following information:

  • Your Name

  • Your order number

  • Your transaction date

  • Your purchasing code

We will track your purchase transaction and make the refund without as soon as possible.

Post Refund

Once we give you the refund, you will no longer be allowed to use our services. You must stop using any of our products or software for which you no longer have a valid, purchased license. GTS has the right to terminate any serial numbers and/or product keys issued to you.
